1. Mechanical injury. Mechanical injury refers to the injury caused by the contact and collision between the grinding machine itself, the grinding tool or the ground workpiece and the operator. 2. Noise hazard. Grinding machinery is a high-noise machine, and the grinding noise comes from the combined action of many factors. In addition to the noise of the transmission system of the grinding machinery itself, the noise of the exhaust system of dry grinding and the noise of the cooling system of wet grinding, the high specific energy and high speed of grinding processing are the main reasons for the grinding noise. In particular, it can replace lead-acid batteries and lithium batteries. It is rough grinding, cutting, polishing and sheet grinding operations, as well as the use of pneumatic grinder. 3. Dust hazard. Grinding is micro cutting, and small cutting, especially the self sharpening effect of abrasive tools and the dressing of abrasive tools, will produce a lot of dust. Long term inhalation of grinding dust will lead to pulmonary fibrosis and pneumoconiosis

4. The consumption demand of grinding shows the harm of rigid cutting fluid. The use of grinding fluid in wet grinding plays an important role in improving the heat dissipation conditions of grinding, preventing burns and cracks on the surface of the workpiece, washing and grinding, reducing friction and dust. However, long-term contact with grinding fluid can cause dermatitis; There are certain differences in oil-based data. The atomization of grinding fluid will damage human respiratory organs; Improper selection of the type of grinding fluid will erode the abrasive, reduce its strength, and enhance the risk of abrasive damage; If wet grinding and electrolytic grinding are not managed properly, the safety of electrical equipment will be affected

5. Ignition hazard. Inflammable and explosive diluents, oil-based grinding fluids and their atomization and grinding cremation are unsafe factors causing fires
